1. About the Service

Fictional World Library is a digital fiction-reading platform intended to provide access to stories, reading tools, reader accounts and related services. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to you and the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the service only with any consent or supervision required by law.

3. Accounts and Account Security

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Notify the platform if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Reading Content and Availability

Stories, chapters, descriptions, covers and reading features may be added, revised, temporarily unavailable or removed. We do not guarantee that every title will remain available indefinitely.

Access to a title or chapter may depend on its publication status, applicable access rules, coin balance or subscription benefits.

5. Coins and Paid Access

Coins are digital platform credits used for eligible in-platform features, such as unlocking chapters. They are not cash, a bank deposit or a general-purpose payment instrument.

• Coin package prices and quantities will be shown before purchase.
• Confirm the amount and payment details before authorising a transaction.
• Coins should be credited only after payment is verified by the platform.
• Coins may be non-transferable and may not be redeemable for cash, except where applicable law or a stated policy requires otherwise.
• Refund requests will be assessed under the applicable refund policy and relevant consumer-protection law.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans may provide benefits such as promotional coins, discounts or eligible reading benefits. The benefits, price, billing period and renewal conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Cancellation, renewal, refunds and access after cancellation are subject to the subscription terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Do not assume that a subscription is active until the payment has been confirmed.

7. Payments and Third-Party Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their checkout terms and privacy practices may also apply. Payment confirmation, currency conversion, provider charges and settlement times may vary.

Never send your password, card PIN or one-time banking verification code to customer support.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform's branding, interface, original site materials and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission or a lawful basis.

Stories and other user-submitted works remain subject to the rights of their respective authors and any applicable publishing agreement. Uploading a story does not automatically transfer its copyright to Fictional World Library.

9. Author Submissions

Author applications, publishing rights, exclusivity, revenue shares, bonuses, delivery deadlines and author payments are governed by the applicable signed publishing agreement. The general information on the Be Our Author page is not a substitute for that agreement.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to compromise the service.
• Unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Uploading content that infringes another person's rights.
• Using automated tools to abuse or disrupt the platform.
• Manipulating payments, coins, reviews or platform activity.
• Harassment, threats or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, serious violations or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any action will remain subject to applicable law.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may maintain, update or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We will take reasonable steps to protect service integrity, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that errors will never occur.

13. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to its available functionality and applicable limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms when the service, its features or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
